I absolutely love NDS products, and EZY Move has become a staple in my daily routine at present.

I notice the difference in how my body feels physically. My mobility feels smoother, joints feel more supported, and everything seems to operate better on a mechanical level. When I haven’t had NDS I genuinely feel increased stiffness, which says everything about how effective NDS collagen is.

It’s also made a big difference to my gym recovery. I feel less achy and ready to train again sooner. Added bonus, it gives my morning tea a protein boost without affecting the taste, it’s completely flavourless and dissolves easily in both hot and cold drinks.

I normally use the Multi Collagen Total (which I love, great all rounder), but due to the recent stock issues (which I’m really sad for them about - how their manufacturer could be so disloyal!) I didn’t want to switch brands because NDS works so well for me. Instead, I chose to use EZY Move alongside Skin Active, doing half a scoop of each daily, it’s the perfect alternative.

My dad and two aunties have also started using EZY Move for arthritis and general recovery, and they’ve noticed the benefits in their bodies too.

I have been using this product for 2 months and already new hair growth is visible.
