A superb multi collagen with no fillers and no taste and that means i dont mind taking it every day. I have used it for over a year now and having previously used the HairActive, so I knew this would be the best for me being in my late 50’s as it supports my joints and bones too as well as skin/hair.
My skin feels great, i happened to see a photo of me from may 2022 and i had crows feet and i couldn’t resist taking a similar close up to compare and they are barely there now in May 2026 so im thrilled considering my age.
My joints are really great. No aches getting out of bed and no aches and pains even after days standing up 8 hours for work. Also the collagen peptide support for bones is a must for this stage in life.

I had the longest hair as a young girl but eventually it just stopped growing as it used to. I have taken the hair active for the last three years and now in my late 50 I take the Multi Total instead as it supports joints and bones as well as skin/hair and my hair is growing so much quicker and it feels very healthy. I can highly recommend both supplements and I will carry on taking this supplement. I take it in my breakfast greek yoghurt every day as it doesn’t taste of anything. Sometimes i have it in water or a coffee if im away.

My dad and two aunties have also started using EZY Move for arthritis and general recovery, and they’ve noticed the benefits in their bodies too.
