Who is it for?

For anyone who is recovering from breaks, fractures, periods of bed rest, with the resulting loss of bone mass, brittle-bone disease (osteoporosis) and low bone mass (osteopenia), when combined with physical activity and food supplements appropriate for bone mineralisation.

How to take it:

Dissolve in water, juice, smoothies, soup, etc. (approx. 200 ml). Collagen withstands heating.
