Who is it for?

For all ailments, strains, inflammation or wear and tear in the tendons and ligaments (tendon/ligament tissue) such as swellings, irritations, tenosynovitis, tibial stress syndrome, heel spurs, tennis elbow, mouse-related RSI, sports injuries and other conditions caused by monotonous routine work and monotonous movements.

How to take it:

Dissolve in water, juice, smoothies, soup, etc. (approx. 200 ml). Collagen withstands heating.
