For those requiring help with getting a regular bowel movement. Constipation or prolonged transit-time in children + 1 year and adults. Specially focus on elderly.

During/after demanding treatments, ie chemotherapy, if constipation or prolonged transit time.

Daily dose: 1 teaspoon in water - leave for 15 minutes and drink.
